개인정보처리방침
PIXDECO는 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 게임 진행 정보는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
1. 적용 범위
본 방침은 이준모(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 PIXDECO 모바일 애플리케이션에 적용됩니다. 앱에는 회원가입, 로그인 또는 운영자가 관리하는 이용자 계정이 없습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 이용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 기기 내에서 임의로 생성되는 익명 식별자
- Pixel 잔액과 거래 기록, 보상 광고 수령 시각
- 보유 아이템, 꾸민 월드, 배치·레이어·반전 등 꾸미기 설정
- 홈 화면 위젯의 보기 설정과 기기에 생성된 위젯 이미지 경로
- 기타 앱 이용 상태와 게임 진행 정보
운영자는 위 게임 진행 정보를 수신하거나 보관하기 위한 별도의 이용자 데이터 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
3. Google AdMob 보상형 광고
PIXDECO는 이용자가 선택하는 보상형 광고를 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob SDK를 사용합니다. 광고 요청 및 표시 과정에서 Google과 그 광고 파트너는 IP 주소, 대략적인 위치, 기기 또는 광고 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용, 기기 정보, 진단 정보, 동의 선택 등의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱은 AdMob에 개인 맞춤이 아닌 광고를 요청하도록 구성되어 있습니다. 다만 비개인 맞춤 광고도 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지, 보안 및 법적 의무 준수를 위해 제한된 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다. 법령상 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 동의 절차를 거친 후 광고를 요청합니다.

4. 이미지 공유
이용자가 공유 기능을 선택하면 앱은 꾸민 월드의 이미지를 기기에 생성하고 운영체제의 공유 화면으로 전달합니다. 공유 대상과 전송 여부는 이용자가 직접 결정합니다. 운영자는 공유 이미지, 수신자 또는 공유 대상 서비스의 정보를 수신하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 선택한 외부 서비스에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
5. 문의할 때 제공되는 정보
이메일로 문의하면 운영자는 회신과 문제 해결을 위해 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 이용자가 자발적으로 첨부한 정보를 처리합니다. 문의 정보는 문의 처리, 분쟁 대응 및 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 민감한 정보나 불필요한 개인정보는 이메일에 포함하지 마세요.
6. 보유 및 삭제
- 로컬 게임 정보는 앱을 이용하는 동안 기기에 남으며, 앱 또는 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 함께 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 서버에 사본을 보관하지 않으므로 삭제된 진행 정보를 복구할 수 없습니다.
- Google이 처리하는 정보의 보유와 삭제는 Google의 정책 및 이용자의 기기·Google 개인정보 설정에 따릅니다.
- 지원 이메일은 위 제5조의 목적에 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 삭제를 요청하면 법령상 보관 의무나 분쟁 대응에 필요한 경우를 제외하고 합리적인 기간 내 삭제합니다.
7. 개인정보 선택과 권리
이용자는 다음 방법으로 개인정보와 광고 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.
- 앱에서 제공되는 Google 광고 동의 또는 개인정보 옵션 화면
- 기기의 개인정보 보호 및 광고 설정
- Google 광고 설정
- 앱 또는 앱 데이터 삭제
- 아래 연락처로 열람·삭제 등 요청
운영자가 보유한 정보가 문의 이메일뿐인 경우, 요청을 확인하고 처리하기 위해 해당 이메일 주소로 본인 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 국외 처리 및 보호
Google과 그 파트너는 전 세계 여러 국가에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 Google의 계약, 정책 및 적용 법령에 따른 보호조치가 적용됩니다. 운영자는 자신이 보유하는 문의 정보를 무단 접근, 변경 또는 공개로부터 보호하기 위해 합리적인 관리적·기술적 조치를 취합니다. 다만 어떠한 전송 또는 저장 방식도 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
PIXDECO는 아동으로부터 이름이나 연락처를 직접 수집하도록 설계되지 않았습니다. 보호자 동의 없이 아동이 이메일로 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 확인 후 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.
10. 방침 변경 및 문의
앱 기능, 사용 SDK 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 최종 수정일을 갱신하거나 앱 내에서 적절한 방법으로 알립니다.

1. Scope
This Policy applies to the PIXDECO mobile application provided by Joonmo Lee (the “Operator”). The app has no registration, login, or user account managed by the Operator.
2. Information stored on your device
The following information may be stored locally to provide app features:
- A random anonymous identifier generated on the device;
- Pixel balances and transaction history, and rewarded-ad timestamps;
- Owned items, decorated worlds, placement, layer, flip, and related settings;
- Home Screen widget view settings and paths to widget images created on the device; and
- Other app state and game progress.
The Operator does not operate a user-data server that receives or stores this game progress.
3. Google AdMob rewarded ads
PIXDECO uses the Google AdMob SDK to provide optional rewarded ads. When ads are requested or shown, Google and its advertising partners may process data such as IP address, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, device information, diagnostics, and consent choices.
The app is configured to request non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads may still use limited information for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Where required by law, the app uses Google's consent flow before requesting ads.

4. Image sharing
When you choose Share, the app creates an image of your decorated world on your device and passes it to the system share sheet. You decide whether and where to send it. The Operator does not receive or store the image, recipient, or selected service. The privacy policy of the service you choose applies to that service.
5. Information you provide when contacting us
If you contact us by email, the Operator processes your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily attach to respond and resolve the issue. Support information is kept as needed to handle the request, disputes, and legal obligations, and is then deleted. Please do not send sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
- Local game information remains on your device while you use the app. You can delete it by deleting the app or its app data. Because the Operator keeps no server copy, deleted progress cannot be restored.
- Information processed by Google is retained and deleted under Google's policies and your device or Google privacy settings.
- Support emails are retained as needed for the purposes described in Section 5. On request, they will be deleted within a reasonable period unless they must be kept for legal obligations or dispute handling.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
You may manage privacy and advertising choices through:
- Google consent or privacy-options screens made available in the app;
- Your device privacy and advertising settings;
- Google advertising settings;
- Deleting the app or its app data; or
- Contacting us to request access or deletion.
If support email is the only information held by the Operator, we may ask you to verify the request from that email address.
8. International processing and security
Google and its partners may process information in countries around the world, subject to safeguards under Google's contracts, policies, and applicable law. The Operator uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect support information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
9. Children's privacy
PIXDECO is not designed to directly collect names or contact details from children. If you believe a child sent personal information by email without parental consent, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when app features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will update the date on this page or provide an appropriate notice in the app.
