1. Acceptance and scope

By downloading or using PIXDECO, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Operator is Joonmo Lee. Separate terms of the app marketplace may also apply.

2. The service

PIXDECO is a mobile app in which you collect Pixels and items, decorate virtual spaces, and export completed images through your device's sharing features. It does not provide registration or an online account managed by the Operator.

3. Eligibility and guardians

You must have the legal capacity required in your place of residence to agree to these Terms. Minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Guardians are responsible for supervising a minor's use.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Rights in the app and its designs, graphics, characters, text, software, and other content belong to the Operator or their lawful owners.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must comply with applicable law and must not:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or rights-infringing activity;
• Copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app beyond what is permitted;
• Reverse engineer, bypass security, or modify the app except where law permits;
• Interfere with the app, ads, or related services, or obtain rewards fraudulently; or
• Distribute malware or harmful content.

6. Pixels and virtual items

Pixels, items, worlds, and other virtual elements are app features, not cash, electronic money, or property. They have no monetary value outside the app and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. The Operator may reasonably change their quantity, availability, acquisition method, or function for balancing, error correction, or service changes.

7. Local data and device changes

Game progress is generally stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the app or its data, or if your device is lost, damaged, replaced, or affected by an operating-system issue. Because the Operator keeps no server copy, progress cannot be restored. You should separately save any shared images you wish to keep.

8. Advertising and third-party services

The app may offer optional Google AdMob rewarded ads. Advertisements, external links, and third-party services are governed by their providers' terms and policies. The Operator does not guarantee content or availability of services not directly provided by the Operator.

9. Image sharing and your responsibility

You decide whether to share an image, through which service, and with whom. You are responsible for ensuring that shared content complies with law and does not infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights. After sharing, the chosen service's terms and privacy policy apply.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

The Operator may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features for improvement, security, legal, or technical reasons. Where practicable, material changes will be communicated reasonably. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data, resulting from use or inability to use the app. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional or grossly negligent conduct or injury to life or body where applicable.

13. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory protections under the law of your residence. Disputes will follow procedures and jurisdiction required by applicable law. We may update these Terms to reflect legal or app changes and will provide appropriate notice of material changes by updating this page or through the app.
